The bed was nice. The location was good. Thats about all I can say about this. You are asking for more words when there are none to give. Are you kidding me? You say 2 or 3 sentences...... Yet you ask for the whole space to be typed on. This survey sucks just for that reason.

We had access to the "Gold Room?" for breakfast, snacks and drinks. It was a wonderful set up and the food was excellent. At times it was a bit crowded but it was the Long Weekend! Patricia was working most of the time during our stay and she was amazing, very busy but so friendly and personable. She certainly was working hard! We loved her! Also would like to give a shout out to Nick at the Front Desk who was so welcoming - made us feel we were visiting family!

Very nice hotel with a very welcoming gentleman on the desk. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Nice view over some of Red Deer. There is also a pool and boutique shops. Breakfast was very good and filling to set us up for the day. The hotel is being renovated to make it even better. Highly recommended.

Stayed in a Club access room so had breakfast in the access lounge, the lounge also provides an evening cocktail and snacks when you book the Club access room. Our family member that stayed in a regular deluxe room had a breakfast voucher for the restaurant and she said she ordered and enjoyed an eggs Benedict.

I liked the entire experience. The lobby area gave me a sense of warmth with oversized comfortable furniture I like the high security in the hotel as a fob is required to use the elevator. The Club Level enhanced the experience as the snacks provided in the Club Suite were equivalent to almost a full meal for breakfast and dinner. This hotel is not pretentious and has a separate entrance for the casino as well as small shops on the main promenade.

-The view from the room was nice -The layout of the room -The elevator was quick -the staff were very friendly -the complimentary amenities in the club lounge were excellent -hotel was in an excellent location -very quiet/no noise disturbance -our room was very clean -check in times and check out times are nice

The food was absolutely delicious (both the lounge and the restaurant). I would absolutely stay here again. Although the property is under construction, it was not noticeable once you get into the hotel.

Everything was great except the room service, I called down in the morning and ended up being forgotten on the line for over 20 minutes. So hung up and couldn’t call back as the line was still on hold. After an hour I tried back and finally got service. This was the only hiccup in my stay. Otherwise things were very satisfactory!

My family and I love to go places every chance we get. We've stayed in ALOT of hotels this summer. As long as our bills are paid and kids are fed then we just take off. From Calgary we will go anywhere to give our kids different experiences. Anyway, we've stayed at some questionable places. This was our first time at Cambridge and WOW, the staff was super friendly and the rooms were immaculate. I can never really sleep too well in hotels, the beds are not mine so they become very uncomfortable but I slept right through a massive thunder and lightning storm. Being on the 13th floor made it so intense BUT I slept through everything. Even a power outage. Breakfast was super neat. Depending on your booking, it can be included. A $20 voucher was included for each person. I had eggs Benny. That is so unheard of from a "breakfast included" type meal. I was shocked and my kids were excited for the pancakes and 4 sausage each they got. We only stayed 1 night but I've already booked 2 more nights next weekend. Looking forward to it again.
